The staff were all amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Everyone we met from reception to security to cleaners and the restaurant and bar staff were all so friendly and helpful and great at their jobs. The facilities were perfect for us - we all stayed in two bed villas and they are modern, clean, really well equipped and so so spacious. The beds and pillows were so comfy and the rooms had blackout shutters which we appreciated for small children's sleep :-). The general facilities were great with a heated pool for us to use as the weather was just a little too cool for the outside pools. We made use of the padel and basketball/football courts, and the playground and jacuzzi too. They even had daily activities for kids to participate in, although we didn't try that out as our kids were maybe a bit small (just turned 3 yrs and a baby). The grounds themselves are lovely to wander around and we had lots of fun walking around the ponds to find the frogs. The ponds all around the grounds were an extra lovely and unique bonus for us as we found it fun to find the frogs and also listening to them, especially at night time when they are really loud, was lovely and so therapeutic. It seemed very family friendly to us and we had an amazing holiday here. We travelled as a group of 11 and everyone from nearly 1 yr old to 72 yr old were very happy. You do have to drive, in my opinion, to get to Carvoeiro but it is so easy to get an Uber and so cheap or you can rent a car - we did both.

Great having the option to have daily housekeeping or get €5 to spend in the restaurant or bar each day you opt not to have cleaning. The gym and spa area are quite small but I like that. We went in September and it was never overrun with people whenever we used it. The resort is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful dealing with any issues or requests promptly. Being able to WhatsApp any requests to reception was really good and convenient. It was the perfect holiday home for us.

This resort is amazing! We are just home and we are already planning our return visit! Our house was spotless. Superb service from the house cleaning staff. The pools were gorgeous, we especially loved the indoor heated pool! The staff were all so helpful and attentive! A special mention to Sandra & Charianne in the restaurant. The ‘What’s App’ communication system is highly effective. A lovely, tranquil location for a family vacation. We didn’t have a car but taxis are very reasonable. However, we were very happy to spend our time at the resort enjoying the food, pools, tennis, gardens etc and took taxis to the beach and Zoomarine!

Perfect set up for young families, the best of a nice resort hotel, combined with the freedom and comfort of a villa. The villa is a great size, very clean and well stocked with amenities. The beds are very comfortable and having a washing machine is super helpful. We have a very social only child and for her this place was brilliant, lots of other kids to have fun with in the Pools and to play with.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, showing true professionalism. Breakfast was excellent, offering a delightful mix of Continental options and traditional Portuguese pastries. We only used the indoor swimming pool, which was fantastic, but the gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath were also very enjoyable
